Refer your patient for specialist orthodontic treatment

At Melton Orthodontics, we are pleased to accept referrals from dental practices throughout the UK for all types of orthodontic procedures. If you are a dentist and would like to refer a patient for private orthodontic treatment, please complete the online form below and a member of our team will be in touch to arrange an appointment. We treat your patient with care and respect, and always return them to your care following completion of their treatment.

Please note that referrals for NHS orthodontic treatment need to be made through the Referral Management Service (RMS). Please contact us or your Area Team for more details.
